Eleanor Mathieson

Violin

Eleanor has toured worldwide and recorded with The Academy of St Martin in the Fields, working with Sir Neville Marriner, Kenneth Sillito and Iona Brown. She was an original member of the Chamber Orchestra of Granada, Spain. She has worked with many of the leading British Symphony and Chamber Orchestras.

Recent 1st Violin freelance work includes: BBC Symphony Orchestra, Britten Sinfonia, English Chamber Orchestra, English National Opera, London Chamber Orchestra, Orchestra of St John’s Smith Square, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Royal Northern Sinfonia, CBSO, London Mozart Players.
