Freelance since leaving RAM in July 1977 and has vast experience in sight-reading and all areas of performing:- Symphony and Chamber Orchestras, Opera, Ballet and commercial work in all media – TV/ Video/ Radio/ Recordings and jingles.

English National Ballet (Formerly London Festival Ballet) – member since 1978, no. 2 second violin since 1986, playing principal on countless occasions in a huge repertoire ranging from the classics to the Rite of Spring and Bartok’s music for strings, percussion and celeste, and has toured to China, Germany and Athens.

Opera Companies

Worked extensively with Welsh National Opera since 1992 with performances ranging from Pelleas and Melisande with Boulez, most of the Puccini and Verdi Operas, Marriage of Figaro, Carmen and large extracts of operas by Richard Strauss, to recordings, video and television work of other opera/vocal repertoire.
