Guildhall School of Music Lockdown Lounge - Wednesday 3 June

Wednesday 27th May 2020

Lockdown Lounge #3 Personality, Preference and Me! LL#3 will look at how our personality type can influence our responses under pressure.

What have you noticed about your responses to different situations under Lockdown?

What sorts of strategies have you already adopted to reconnect with your most resourceful self?

We’ll be exploring this with some reference to the Myers-Briggs Personality Indicator to see what we can uncover together.

Calling freelance musicians, actors, dancers, technicians, creators and directors.

Has your work been cancelled?

Searching for direction, meaning and purpose in your world in the midst of this lockdown?

Wondering how others are coping right now?

Guildhall Coaching Associates are offering (NB: no charge to attend) a supportive thinking space for artists through the Covid-19 pandemic. Drawing on models from Coaching and Mentoring, we will explore a range of ways in which to rethink, reframe and re-experience this current phase of our lives in search of new insights about our personal strengths, our resourcefulness and the potential opportunities that this moment can offer.

The sessions will blend input from one of our Executive Coaches with guided group discussions. We will meet using Zoom.

To book a place at the third Lockdown Lounge Zoom meet up led by Jane Booth on June 3rd (16:00 to 17:30 BST), send an email to:

coachingandmentoring@gsmd.ac.uk headed ‘Lockdown Lounge’

Please note that numbers will be limited.

Lockdown Lounge will be offered fortnightly. If you’re not available for this session but you’d like to join in next time then please let us know. The fourth session will be on June 17th.

Please feel free to share with friends and colleagues!
