Violinist and Cellist required for Operatic Society Show

Adam Hope from the Twickenham Operatic Society is looking for a violinist and a cellist for a production of 'Whistle Down The Wind' at the Hampton Grammer School Theatre between the 6th - 12th April Details: All dates are at the Hampton Grammer School Theatre 6th April Band Call 12:00-16:00, 7th April Tech Reh 19:00-22:00, 8th April Dress Reh 19:00-22:00, 9th, 10th,11th April Shows 19:00 and 12th April 13:00 and 19:00 Shows. Harpist required for concert in Jersey

The Jersey Festival Choir are looking for a harp player to go to Jersey for a concert on the 17th of May. Rehearsals start on the 14th of May, but the player could potentially do this work starting on the 15th of May (i.e. missing a rehearsal on the 14th). A Harp would be provided and transport in Jersey, hosts, and food are all provided as well. The player would however have to pay for flights out of the fee given (to be negotiated). Programme: Invocation for Cello & Orchestra - Gustav Holst. Requiem - Derek Lawrence. Rutter - Requiem. For more information please contact the MAS office.

Bass soloist needed for the 7th March

Claire Roberts, a music student in Oxford, is organising a concert of 21st century Welsh music, composed by Rhian Samuel, Gareth Moorcraft, John Metcalf and others on Friday the 7th of March. She needs someone to play a bass solo by Joseph Davies and the composer himself is coming from Cardiff to hear his piece. Fee is negotiable.
