Ability and age range taught:

I teach all ages and levels for oboe, from beginner to grade 8. For piano I teach up to grade 6, beginner recorder and music theory up to grade five. I would recommend a minimum age of 8 for oboe due to the physical demands of the instrument, and 5 for piano and recorder.

Brief summary of teaching qualifications/experience:

I have a Master of Performance degree with Distinction from the Royal College of Music and a first class BMus (Hons) from Guildhall School of Music and Drama.

I have Grade 8 distinction piano and an ATCL oboe performance diploma.

I've been teaching oboe and piano privately for 5 years now, and I also teach oboe at St James Senior Girls School and Northcote Lodge School.
