Musician's Diary Service Co-ordinator - Job Description
The Musician's Answering Service is the leading diary service for freelance classical musicians based in and around London.
Working as part of a small team, each co-ordinator is responsible for taking bookings for the 1,000 clients we have on our books. The majority of each day is spent taking calls from orchestras and session contractors wishing to book players for their work. It is the co-ordinators job to make informed decisions as to whether the work offered is viable. Every co-ordinator is also responsible for individual projects, such as updating our website, producing the quarterly CV brochure or producing the quarterly newsletter.
Applicants should have a strong interest in music and be looking for a start in Arts Administration. They should have the ability to make accurate decisions under pressure, possess computer keyboard skills and be happy to work on a shift basis. Previous experience in customer services would be a plus.
